Welcome to the first blog of Obsidian Health the colonics, bio-resonance and well-being centre in Ashby de la Zouch (by the sea!) the most inland town in the UK.
We shall use the blog so that I, Andy can keep you up to date, not only with what is going on in our lifes and in our clinic but with other interesting facts and information that I come across in my daily readings.
If you living in the UK many of you are probably looking out of your window at snow on the ground for the third or fourth day. One of the comments at a breakfast meeting I attended this morning was; people seem to be smiling more at the moment. Unless you have a real fear of snow I think that is definately the case people are smiling. For many of the kids its because they are off school, but even more than that they are playing outside, something many do not do nowadays.
For adults its a chance to act like a kid and to remember happy times from the past. So if you haven't done it yet, go out and throw a snowball, build a snowman or throw yourself (carefully) on a sledge, I have done all three and the feeling is wow.
Have a great day.
