Ok, having just seen a youtube video I now realise positive thought is not the way forward. It doesn't help, in fact it just causes you to beleive you have control of your life.
Watch the following video and you will see that there is a nother approach that is much more successful and growing around the world at an amazing pace.

The world has gone mad
Ok, soapbox time!
I have just seen an article on the news website that we have started paying compensation for people who have suffered cancer becuase of working nights!
The story says that people on nights suffer because of poor nutrition, stress and poor sleep.
When are we going to take a responsibility for our own health and stop blaming it on conditions! I have worked nights and suffered with poor sleep etc. but now know that was down to the fact I ate crap (sorry still in annoyed mood), I drank wrong, I didn't exercise correctly, I just didn't think about my health thinking my body would carry me through.
If working nights you need to take special care, you must have the correct diet, you need to exercise regularly, you need to meditate, you must drink water etc.etc. It is not nights tthat causes cancer it is the way we treat our body that puts it into stress that causes cancer.
Ok off soapbox, it is time to stand up and take control of our lives!

Meditation
How many of you meditate? how many know how to meditate?
It is something I have really struggled with, as soon as i try to stop and get into a meditation pose my mind seems to use the silence as a fantastic opportunity to speak to me!
This always got me frustrated until this week. I invested in a meditation CD which stated the pose didn't matter, the breathing didn't matter and even the constant mind chatter didn't matter...wow all i had to do was put on the CD put on my head phones and sit back and relax.
I can honestly say the experience has been truely amazing and I come round after 30 minutes feeling like a new person, I let my mind wander where it wants and that means all sorts of amazing thoughts and ideas come to mind, I also find the more I do the more I have silent times with no thought.
If anyone wants to give it a try visit me at the clinic and i will provide you the CD to try out for yourself, you will be truely amazed at the results.
Have a great week
Andy

Who do you believe?
From a child we teach ourselves who we can trust and who we can't. We sometimes go on gut feeling but often its passed down from our families who we should rely on for trusted information. We have to have that kind of process or we would never believe anyone or anything and life would be really hard, although we would at least check everything out thoroughly before putting it into our mind for future reference.
One of the sources we have come to trust so much is the media especially the television and particularly news programmes. If we hear it on the news it must be true, we quickly process it and take it into our daily lives, we use it in conversations and it is part of our decision making process in everything we do.
Before you process this news without a thought, consider what slant the reporter or producer has put on this item. Were they in a good mood when they did the work, do they have a political slant for or against it. Ask yourself deep down whether your really believe it. This is not an attack on the media but as you know at the moment nearly every story is doom and gloom. How you decide to process that news item will have an effect on your daily life and those around you.
I do not watch or read the news in the morning as it can put me in a bad mood for the day. I flick onto a news website for the highlights (normally lowlights!) and see if anything really, really major has happened that I must know about and apart from that I live very happily in my world where everything seems and feels great.
Have a fantastic day!
