Are you one of those people that believes that your body will just keeping going on through adversity or do you listen when it cries out.
Our body does try to communicate to us, whether it is telling us that it is hungery, tired or not feeling well. It even trys to tell you what it wants but unfortunately in our busy and stressful lives most of us either ignore it or just have forgotten what the messages mean.
Just try occasionally closing your eyes and looking inside yourself to see what messages you are being passed. Don't eat unless it is really telling you that your hungry or try sleeping if it tells you that your tired. If you continue to ignore it eventually this can really catch up with you, it could be extra pounds of weight or with illness.
Your body knows more what you want and need than your conscious mind does!

The power of communication
We went out last night to meet some friends in Nottingham and had arranged to meet at a pub. when we arrived the doorman asked if we had tickets, we explained we were just meeting friends and hadn't arranged anything, he then made us an offer we couldn't refuse. If we were prepared to give him feedback at the end of the night we could each have £15 of free food and drink. It didn't take long to say yes.
Unfortunately being the first night open the food preparation took a long time and we waited over an hour for our food, but when it arrived it was really good quality. This was why they had wanted the trial run to find these kind of issues. Although we could complain (but not too loudly, it was free!) about the length of time to be served we could not complain about the service. Our waiter came over every 5-10 minutes and kept us informed of the progress, or lack of it. The communication from start to finish was excellent. It just made me realise that although we cannot always prevent problems cropping up, we can ease the path through by communicating with the people affected.

youtube
Ok this is a plug to our youtube video but also to say if you haven't tried making one give it a go. Cris my eldest son is back from Uni in Leeds so we asked if he would help make the video describing the two different colonic systems.
My idea was to grab a video camera, shoot a few minutes describing the systems and put it online.
How wrong i was, it was like something from Hollywood with a script, production and editing. It was finally finished and published at 11pm last night. Even then they were not happy with final shoot as you will hear when you listen the voice over (yes voice over!!) at the beginning is quieter than the actual clip.
This is probably the first of many we shall make, its so much easier to describe something on video than words on a page.
To view it go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wY0h5g9BUyk
btw that is a finger smudge on the opening shots (don't tell the producwe we may have to go for another day of filming and i can't afford the fees) Carol is already signing autographs!

Spain
Hi
Just returned from a fantastic weekend in Spain. Thought i would write this blog on some of the differences between Spain and the UK. (not just that it was 20 degrees and I got sun burn in February!).
Firstly they are suffering with the economic downturn in fact it is often reported they are suffering more but they don't seem to let it effect their daily life and things that are important. Firstly they call it "la crisis" that has a much better ring than credit crunch!
Secondly, families and celebrating everything still remains. In the small town we visit they celebrated Christmas, then three kings. Whilst we were out there it was a gastronomic festival, this meant all the families coming out, joining up with friends in the main square and having a paella cook-off. It actually seemed to be more about friendship and fellowship than the cooking, lots of people around big pans sharing food, drink and laughter then the whole town sitting down at big tables eating and drinking and the compulsory display of fireworks. This is the same every year.
They have a celebration called falles, they celebrate Easter, they celebrate moors and Christians, they celebrate a trade fair, each little part of the town also has a celebration and invites everyone else to it. They have street parties for weddings, funerals, christenings etc. At election time each political party organises a fiesta and it was explained to us that it is no coincidence the one who organises the best event often gets elected. If for some strange reason nothing is going on in your village or town one weekend its not an issue just travel to the next town they will surely be celebrating something.
Every thing involves the whole family you will see young children out dancing in the streets to the small hours of the morning. Everyone looks forward to dressing up and taking part. No age group misses out and they want to be part of the tradition.
It made me think, this is a big industry in Spain, people are employed to clean up afterwards, companies hire tables and chairs, shops hire costumes plus the knock on to the food and drink industries. Rather than us ploughing money into things that none of us see the benefit of why not put money into every town having several street parties a year. At least we would all see the benefit, everyone would hopefully have fun and fellowship, other industries and work would grow out of it. Looking at some of the people on Saturday the worse thing that might happen is people would forget their troubles with the amount drink consumed -but that's another issue altogether!

Buzzing
I am writing this at 10.15 at night because I am really buzzing and got to tell someone so why not you?
Some of you know i have been working on a project with my bio-resonance machine to do with M.E/CFS (chronic fatigue). I have just spent a day with the inventor of the machine and have another day tomorrow writing programmes to help people with this awful illness (I know i had it and had to retire from the Police because of it). Not only is it a possibility to help people it is a certainty and my project is aimed to help thousands at a really affordable cost rather than just a few who have money.
As I mentioned before what you focus on comes relaity, well I have been telling as many people as i can and talked about it at a business meeting last week and have been offered a free web-site to launch it, it seems nearly everyone knows someone who has been affected.
It is moving at such a pace we will start treating people in the next 7-10 days and have the web-site launched within a few weeks.
Also whilst with this amazing inventor we started writing programmes for those suffering depression and/or those trying to come off anti-depressants and other programmes for those with long term pain and injuries. It is very very exciting.
This may be the last blog for a couple of days as I am off to spain to recharge the batteries and also write the plan for this business.
I hope your life is as exciting as mine!

Spring is coming
Isn't it amazing the lift in spirits now the snow has gone (well our puppy managed to find approx 2 foot square of it this morning and rolled all over it). It is proven that as the seasons change so do our moods and attitudes. What you might not be so aware of is how much you can also influence those moods and attitudes and not just leave it to chance.
You can change them or even set them in for the day with a good piece of music, put on something uplifting and sing along to it at the top of your voice, its amazing how good they will make you feel even if you know you cannot sing well. If you want to improve it further dance along at the same time. I feel sorry for the neighbours in our close, they often must hear music blasting out of our house and Carol and I singing along so out of tune but having fun. Then if they do look in they will see us dancing in various states of undress as we get ready for work.
Another way is exercise and that doesn't have to be a 10 mile run. Do some stretching, go for a nice walk, try yoga anything that takes your mind away from your down thoughts.
Did you know you can even change your mood and attitude with your thoughts. I was stuck in traffic on the M1 the other day and starting to get agitated, I suddenly thought how would I feel if I was on my way to collect a lottery winning cheque, wow by the time by imagination had finished running wild with how i was going to spend it I felt wonderful.
Don't live in misery, do something to change your state and enjoy your day and your life.

Take major action
Many of us dream. We wake up in the morning having had a great idea, something to improve or even change our life. Many of these dreams we cannot act on, especially if it involves the latest supermodel or popstar but what if its a change of career or a new project.
Firstly write it down, if you wake up regularly with ideas and thoughts keep a pen and pad by the bed and as soon as you wake up write it all down.
1. Make a time and review you idea properly, could it be feasible.
2. Research it, what are you going to need to do to make it happen.
3. If still in your thoughts and your still excited talk to someone about it, see what reaction you get (pick the person carefully and if they are negative it doesn't mean you don't do, just take their thoughts in mind).
4. Ok its time to do something -TAKE MAJOR ACTION, this is the most important thing don't hesitate any longer do something towards your goal, make a phonecall, book a course do something thats a step in the right direction.
5. Continue to review, alter, modify and take action until you achieve your goal and look back at it as a job well done.
We were in Fiji when we had the dream of a clinic, we sat overlooking the ocean and wrote out all our thoughts and ideas. We slept on it and talked about it and it kept exciting us. We had no internet in Fiji so as soon as we got to Australia we researched and booked a training course for Colonics and find out details of costs equipment. We sent emails, we told everyone our plans -we took MASSIVE ACTION.
The rest, as they say is history.
Live your dreams, don't just dream them!

Where focus goes energy flows
Have you have ever heard the saying "where focus goes energy flows", it really is so true. If you suddenly start to put focus towards something everything seems to be drawn towards it, this can work for good or bad and part of the principal behind the law of attraction; now that's a subject for another day!
This seems to be so true in my life at the moment in relation to helping people with M.E and Chronic Fatigue. For anyone who knows me they will be aware I was diagnosed with it about 9 years ago and was the reason I had to retire from a successful career from the Police. I managed to beat it but it took nearly 5 Years to fully recover and I have always had a keen interest in it and helping others with it.
I always knew that bio-resonance was a great method of helping people to recover and have used it a number of times on patients but the difficulty is that as recovery is a slow progress it proves expensive in the long term. Also many clients are initially suffering so bad that they have to cancel appointments that they really need to help move them on.
I mentioned on an earlier blog the trip I made to Kent, this got me thinking about whether remote treatments could be the way forward for M.E sufferers. I made contact with the inventor of my bio-resonance machine and we have come up with a programme and method that will work. It can be administered remotely and means i can cut it down to a really affordable price and send treatments wherever the person is and however they are feeling. It is a really exciting project and we are now going to develop it into other treatments. I am going down to his premises next week for two days to work on remote programmes for depression and helping people come off anti-depressants and another programme for remote pain relief.
I will put it on the website shortly but until then if you know anyone suffering with M.E/CFS get them to contact me. I am that confident it will work I am even offering a money back guarantee for the first month of treatment. Sorry this has turned into a sales pitch but i am so excited about this.
So back to my initial thread, this was only an idea on Monday, by Thursday it has turned into a reality just by focusing on the issues. What could you do by just focusing positive on something?

The power of energy medicine
I went on a trip to Kent yesterday, before I get on to the subject why, does anyone who lives local to Coalville and ashby also wonder as I do whether it has its own Eco system? I travelled all the way back up all the snow had cleared, quite a few water logged fields but no sign of snow. I got off the motorway and Coalville and Ashby still had snow on the roads, paths, cars etc. In fact my road was still difficult to drive on -weird.
Anyway I went to visit a centre who uses energy treatment to help children with autism, ADHD etc. They now have over 1000 children (and adults) as clients. And....hardly any of them ever visit the centre all the treatments are carried out remotely. The place they are expanding into quickest is Scandinavia, they already have 100 clients in Sweden. It is truly amazing, and the results are fantastic especially as all their clients come from referrals from other parents, no support at all from the medical profession (why does that not surprise me). If anyone is interested further in this please contact me and I will put you in touch. The other reason it has grown so rapidly is they have kept it at a really good price so available to just about everyone.

Monday 9th February financial well-being
I attended a course on Saturday to do with helping people in financial difficulty. The programme was simple methods and rules to allow people to take stock of their current situation. The problem is that many of us whether it be financial or health matters hide our head in the sand when things get difficult and hope they will go away. The other thing we often do is not see things as they really are and therefore worry ourselves silly without knowing or looking at the truth.
Often the worry and stress from not knowing the truth can be much worse and cause many more problems than the truth. If anyone wants a quick guide on how to take a truthful and close look at their financial position drop me an email and I will send you the basics. I will also keep you posted of a training courses we are going to run for Christians against Poverty (CAP) the organisors of the course i attended, at Ashby Holy Trinity Church in the near future.
If you want to talk about your health concerns then pop in and see us for a free consultation.
My motto for today is "try to see things as they really are, not as how you perceive them" As the saying goes a coward lives 1000 deaths, a hero only lives one!
